Matthew Harrison - Owner, Physical Therapist

Matt Harrison, the founder of Harrison Physical Therapy, is a lifetime resident of the Hudson Valley. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island, where he was a four-time New England Track and Field Champion. Matt completed his graduate work in physical therapy at Simmons College in Boston, MA, where he specialized in orthopedics and sports medicine. After graduation, Matt worked as a physical therapist at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston until he and his wife relocated to Dutchess County in 1999. After practicing orthopedic and sports physical therapy at several local clinics, Matt founded Harrison Physical Therapy in 2002. When he is not treating patients, Matt enjoys working out, playing golf and tennis, skiing, and spending time with his family.


Nicole Casella - Physical Therapist

A lifetime Dutchess County resident and Arlington High School graduate, Nicole Casella has been working in the physical therapy field since 1997. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and specializes in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. Nicole is a graduate of SUNY Albany and received her master’s degree in physical therapy from Mercy University. Nicole’s interests outside of physical therapy include gardening, reading, and spending time with her family.


Brett Laffin - Physical Therapist

A lifelong resident of Dutchess County, Brett is a graduate of Mercy University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program where he specialized in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. Brett emphasizes utilizing the latest research and manual techniques to help patients achieve their highest possible functional outcomes. Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing guitar and staying active.


Sean Mascarenhas - Physical Therapist

Sean grew up in Dutchess County and graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He continued on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from American International College. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and specializes in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. Sean’s interests outside of Physical Therapy include weightlifting, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.


William "Billy" Sablinski - Physical Therapist

Billy grew up in Dutchess County and graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He continued on to Mercy University, where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. A former high school and collegiate baseball player, Billy chose to specialize in sports and orthopedic physical therapy. When he is not treating patients in the clinic, Billy enjoys golfing, fishing, weightlifting, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.


Marisa Scaramuzzo - Physical Therapist

Originally from New Jersey, Marisa moved to New York where she earned both her Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Mercy University. With a passion for continuous learning and a commitment to her patients, Marisa strives to deliver compassionate care through active listening and encouragement while using the latest research and techniques. Outside of her professional endeavors, Marisa enjoys staying active, cooking/baking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.


Kelly Boonie - Physical Therapist

A native of Dutchess County, Kelly pursued both her undergraduate and graduate education at Marist College, earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. With a commitment to delivering exceptional care, Kelly integrates evidence-based techniques with a personalized approach to help her patients achieve optimal function and wellness. Beyond her professional endeavors, Kelly enjoys hiking, reading, scuba diving, and playing cards with family.
