Harrison Physical Therapy, P.C. is an orthopedic and sports physical therapy practice that is dedicated to providing high quality, individualized care to each of our patients in an environment that makes rehabilitation a truly enjoyable and positive experience. Our highly trained staff is dedicated to providing the most advanced therapy techniques in a well-equipped facility. Each patient is educated about their condition, while being instructed in a personalized, progressive therapy program designed to produce significant measurable improvement in their condition, achieve their personal goals, and attain their highest level of function.
Harrison Physical Therapy creates a tailored treatment plan for each patient, which consists of therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, modalities and patient education.
Each treatment plan is designed to allow patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals, attain their highest level of function, and prevent recurrence.
The facility has the latest state of the art equipment customized for rehabilitation, including an elliptical cross trainer, treadmill, recumbent bike, and arm bike. There are also machines to work the leg, arm, back, and shoulder muscles. Exercise bands, free weights, and balance /proprioceptive devices are used to provide a comprehensive treatment program for each patient.
In addition, we believe that to maximize each patient’s rehabilitation potential, therapy needs to be done every day. Thus, each patient is given a customized home exercise program to perform daily, in addition to attending physical therapy the prescribed two to three times per week.

A former high school and collegiate baseball player, Billy chose to specialize in sports and orthopedic physical therapy. When he is not treating patients in the clinic, Billy enjoys golfing, fishing, weightlifting, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.

Physical TherapistOriginally from New Jersey, Marisa moved to New York where she earned both her Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Mercy University. With a passion for continuous learning and a commitment to her patients, Marisa strives to deliver compassionate care through active listening and encouragement while using the latest research and techniques. Outside of her professional endeavors, Marisa enjoys staying active, cooking/baking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Kelly Boonie
Physical TherapistA native of Dutchess County, Kelly pursued both her undergraduate and graduate education at Marist College, earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. With a commitment to delivering exceptional care, Kelly integrates evidence-based techniques with a personalized approach to help her patients achieve optimal function and wellness. Beyond her professional endeavors, Kelly enjoys hiking, reading, scuba diving, and playing cards with family.
